Boom…

There’s nothing better than seeing lessons you’ve taught put into action by your children. It gives you this feeling of accomplishment; like you’re doing your part to make the world a better place. It’s even better, though, when that same situation also inspires fits of stomach cramping, tear streaming laughter.
Recently, Corrie Ann had been explaining Einstein’s Beautiful Equation to The Boy. For whatever reason, perhaps because of the big-bada-boom, he became fascinated with it. Anyway, he was playing NASCAR HEAT 2002 on the XBox a little bit ago, quietly smashing into all the other cars as he usually does, when suddenly, and quite out of nowhere, he shouted, “I’m the loose neutron! WOO! I’m going to start a chain reaction!” When his mother and I started laughing uncontrollably, he glared at us and said, “You better stop laughing or I’m going to google you online!”
I’m not exactly sure why that’s a threat, but it made us laugh harder.
