So my back is killing me. The spot they had me sitting in on my last trip had me all hunched over and I think I’m paying for it now. Feels like someone’s trying to wedge a hot poker under my right shoulderblade. I tried a heating pad last night, with some relief. In fact, it didn’t really hurt this morning, but it’s back again. Damnit.
I think that’s pretty much it for today. On top of everything else, my back hurts. Teh sux.
You taking ibuprofin or some kind of anti-inflammatory? That should help, too. *hugs* Feel better.
You may find that midol or the like works well for backache. I promise, no female hormones *grin*
I did take a muscle relaxant that I had lying around from a previous injury (yes, Ivy, it’s still good). I think I’m going to do that again and the heat tonight. As to the female hormones. Yeah, that’s the last thing I need. I’d be ballin’ like a baby!
