A king stag’s horn and a raven’s heart…

So, Halloween 2004 has come and gone. Well … at least the annual party at our friends’ house. Corrie Ann and I went as bad fairies this year. Above you can see us to the left of our hostess, as a good fairy. Those antlers on my head are carved from foam insulation board. I was very happy with the way they turned out.
The party was a lot of fun this year. Lots of people, lots of games (including one that’s left my thighs hella-sore today … I leave it to your imagination). All around an excellent time had by all. Must do it again next year.

There’s a close-up shot Corrie Ann. I actually didn’t get to see her full getup until she got to the party (we left seperately for the party … we do this often because it’s just easier for me to get the boy out of her hair so she can concentrate). I love what she did with her hair. Sexy, Bad Fairy … spankings are in order. Wee!

This is a close-up of me, sans wig and horns (they got hot). I got a lot of compliments on the make-up and such and several people had to touch my horns inorder to be convinced they were, indeed, made of foam and not real. That was satisfying.
All in all a great holiday party. We’re taking the boy trick-or-treating tonight as they’ve moved the date from Sunday to tonight in our County. We’re also going to try and hit one of the local haunted houses. Should be fun. The boy loves them.
In other news, Squishy is in Memphis. I hope he brings me something cool from Graceland.
