This is where your trouble begins…
Diet update: Sort of fell off the wagon a touch last week, but still managed to lose two pounds. My physical is next week and depending on the outcome (which I hope won’t be too bad) I’ll be kicking the exercise into high-gear.
- Starting Weight: 18 stone 8 pounds.
- Current Weight: 17 stone 13 pounds.
- Total Weight lost since new start: 9 pounds.
